Shalini has helped fortune 500 companies and IP law firms manage and transform their IP prosecution operations for over 12 years. She brings extensive, hands-on experience in Docketing, Foreign Filing Support, Annuity Management, and New Portfolio Intake.

She has been instrumental in over a dozen client transitions, knowledge transfer, and creating workflows & SOPs. She has successfully set up offshore teams for IP Services. Shalini’s expertise in process improvement & delivery excellence methodologies has enabled her to successfully lead complex projects and transitions resulting in quantifiable business impact.

Before Trexo, Shalini worked as Vice President of IP Operations with one of the world’s largest innovation lifecycle companies. She graduated with a degree in Science from Delhi University and completed an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology – Ghaziabad.
