About Data Verification
What does patent data verification check?
We compare your source records against global PTO data and verify bibliographic details, family and priority relationships, inventor and ownership information, and legal status, then report every discrepancy with the correct value.
When should we verify our patent data?
Most often during a transfer-in, lateral onboarding, portfolio acquisition or IPMS migration, where records inherited from another provider or system can carry hidden errors into live deadlines. Periodic verification of an existing portfolio is also recommended.
What do we receive at the end?
A detailed discrepancy report listing each mismatch, the source value, the official value and the recommended correction, so the responsible person can approve and apply the fix.
Do you work inside our IP management system?
Yes. Verification is carried out against the records in your existing IPMS and corrections can be applied in your system without any data migration.
